This workshop is a private event only for Sport and Health fitness professionals.

Join ActivMotion Bar Master Instructor Robert Sherman in this ActivMotion Bar CEC event. During the workshop, fitness professionals will learn about the radically new ActivMotion Bar and how it can help clients improve neuromuscular coordination, core strength and reactive capabilites. Robert will first deep dive into the science behind the ActivMotion Bar, and then participants will go through some innovative routines to learn how to integrate the ActivMotion Bars into one on one, small and large group training.

All other certifications (ACSM, NCSA, ISSA, etc.) need to be petitioned, and you will be awarded your CECs.

In this workshop we will learn how to assess our participants and give them the insight, touch and knowledge to empower their practice. Through hands on assists and partner work, we will connect as teachers and learn as students.
